Administration & Frontdesk
Responsibility:
  • Handle administrative duties
  • Filing, faxing, scanning and copying
  • Answering calls
  • Meeting and helping visitors
  • Ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
  • Single, Male / Female, max. 30 years old.
  • Minimum SMU/SMK (average score min 7.5) or Diploma (min GPA 3.0) from any major
  • Have english proficiency (min. passive)
  • Can operate computer (Ms Office, such as Excel, Word)
  • Communicative, have a high initiatives, responsible and hard working
  • Fresh graduates are encourages to apply
  • Had 1-2 years work experiences will be an advantage
  • Able to work both in group or individual
  • Placement in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, and surrounding.
